Baked Whitefish with Baby Wilted Spinach (VLCD)

Directions

3.5 oz. white fish filet
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
Minced fresh garlic
Juice of half lemon
1cup fresh baby spinach
Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Brown minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat and add fresh spinach. Stir over heat until it is wilted slightly. Cut 1/2 lemon into quarters and squeeze juice from one wedge on the baked fish and the other on the wilted spinach and serve immediately..
