Chile Chicken (VLCD)


3.5oz chicken breast
1 TBSP red chile paste
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Stevia
crushed red pepper (optional)
In sandwich bag, add all ingredients except chicken. Mix. Sprinkle chicken with salt and add the chicken to the back. Seal and shake until coated. Place in fridge to marinate at least 1 hr. Cook chicken on George Foreman or under a broiler until done. Top with crushed red pepper and serve..
