Crockpot Chicken (VLCD)



*You can cook several pounds of chicken ahead and freeze for convenience.
1lb 12oz. chicken breast
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
½ onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Place all the ingredients in a crockpot and add just enough water to cover. Cook for 8-9 hours on low until chicken is very tender. Remove meat from crockpot and shred. Divide into 8 individual servings and place in small containers. Add 1-2 Tbsp. broth to each serving to keep moist. Seal and freeze..
