3.5 oz. grass fed tenderloin filet
1 cup Chard
2 tbsp low salt organic chicken broth
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 cloves of garlic
Cilantro (to taste)
Preheat cast iron skillet on medium. Rub steak season on both sides of meat. Sear steak to preferred doneness. Remove to plate. Add 2 Tbsp of chicken broth to deglaze pan. Add chard and cook until almost wilted. Add garlic, green onion and cilantro. Add a dash but no more than 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
