Garlic Herb Shrimp with Steamed Asparagus (VLCD)


1 cup asparagus, steamed
3.5 oz. shrimp
3 cloves minced garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1T dried parsley
Dash of cayenne or red pepper flakes
Brown the garlic slightly in a skillet and add the shrimp, salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat for a minute or two, then add the parsley and lemon juice. Serve with side of steamed asparagus..
