Grilled Beef Kabobs with Onion Wedges (VLCD)


3.5 oz. lean sirloin
1 sweet onion
¼ tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. vinegar
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
¼ tsp. paprika
cayenne (to taste)
Cut beef into 1-2″cubes and place in ziplock with vinegar and spices. Allow to marinade overnight or at least 4-5 hours in the refrigerator. Cut onion into wedges and place marinated beef and onions on skewers for grilling. Grill kabobs approximately 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes..
