Grilled Chicken with Spinach and Strawberries (VLCD)


3.5 oz. skinless boneless chicken breast
Garlic powder
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
Season chicken with garlic powder and paprika. Grill chicken breast and allow to cool. Serve warm or cold with baby spinach and strawberry salad topped with citrus vinaigrette.
