Healthy Chicken Burger (VLCD)

Directions

3.5 oz. chicken breast ground
1 Tbsp pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
2 cups lettuce
Mix all ingredients into the ground chicken breast and mold into a small patty. Grill and garnish with the lettuce and apple cider vinegar..
