Lemon Pepper Fish (VLCD)


3.5 oz. white fish
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1-3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/8 tsp turmeric
Place fish in a small bowl. Then add garlic, black pepper, salt, cumin & tumeric. Ensure both sides are coated.
Cover & marinate at least 1 hr in the fridge. Preheat oven to 400. Place the fish in a non-stick baking dish and cover with the marinade. Bake 10-20 min. depending on thickness, until fish easily flake. Squeeze with lemon juice & serve..
