Minced ginger…about a ½ inch piece
Minced green onion
Organic vegetable broth to cover bottom of pan
Braise (medium heat) ginger, garlic and onion till soft then add chicken, cook until no longer pink. Cook for additional 5 minutes, as you keep stirring over low heat to reduce liquid. Remove from heat, spoon into whole lettuce leafs and roll; Bibb lettuce, Boston lettuce or Iceberg works really well..
