Radish Soup (VLCD)


Radishes (sliced or coarsely chopped)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 c low sodium organic broth
1 c water (vary liquid amount depending on amt of soup wanted)
Sea salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 mins. Serve immediately..
