Shrimp Hot & Sour Soup (VLCD)


3.5 oz. shrimp
1 cup of bok choy or asparagus
2 c bouillon base
1 tsp sambal oelek
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp ginger
crushed red pepper
In saucepan, combine broth, ginger, sambal oelek and white pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2-3 mins. Add shrimp. Return to a boil. Add vegetable, cover, and simmer for 2-3 mins. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and serve..
