Spicy Chicken (VLCD)

Directions

3.5 oz. chicken breast chopped
Lemon juice
Cayenne
Salt
Paprika
Garlic
Onion powder
1 tomato
Chop 3.5 oz. chicken into small pieces and season to taste (cayenne, salt, paprika, garlic, onion powder etc.) In frying pan (bottom covered with water and lemon juice) cook chicken with powdered onion. Chop one tomato into small pieces and add to mostly cooked chicken and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and tomatoes are to desired consistency..
