Taco Salad (VLCD)

Directions

3.5 oz. grass fed ground beef
¼ tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. minced onion
paprika cayenne or red pepper flakes (to taste)
dash of ground cumin
ground chili powder (to taste)
Stir fry the beef, adding in the above seasonings. Serve over bed of crisp romaine lettuce with juice of 1/2 lemon or spoon the meat onto the romaine leaves and roll them as you would a tortilla..
