Tarragon Chicken (VLCD)


3.5 oz. chicken breast
Tarragon, Chopped
Tarragon vinegar
¼ cup low sodium organic chicken broth
4 thinly sliced onions
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken. In a square pan put slices of onion down. Lay chicken on top of onions. Gently pour tarragon vinegar over chicken. Sprinkle top of chicken with tarragon leaves. Let Marinate for 20-30 minutes. Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes until done..
